Looks pretty dark. Pale skin is a nice effect. What gave you the idea to make this?

After looking at it for some time I realized what I really miss about this picture - natural lighting. Yeah direct flash is ok when you're trying to point out that it's a crime scene or something like that but this doesn't necessarily represent a dead girl, plus it's kind of romantic in a sick way ;) Sooo... yeah, natural light :D

oh god , when i saw this picture i remember a scene like that (''déja vu'' sensation but differently...)

I remember of me when i remember to see a similar picture (not exactly like that ,blood and more light but exactly same title) when i feel the same feeling (''déja vu'' feeling of a other ''déja vu'';)

anyway strange feeling =P brrrr

Wow, this is sad...

Obviously, when you did it, you can post anything you want and a lot of people will still say that they like it. The comments show this in my opinion.

To be honest, this photo is nothing compared to the things you already posted. Technically fine, but the rest... :/
But please don't get me wrong! I'm not disapointed by you or your art! Everybody tries a new thing from time to time or has a bad day, that's absolutely fine. Nobody wants you to be god! :D
I'm just disappointed by the people, who keep saying: "Yeah, good job!" when it actually wasn't that good. I think an artist has to know about it when he went wrong somewhere, that's important and that's why I would always support an honest feedback!

Well, just my :twocents:

Rock on! :headbang:

Oh and that's what I will do, my dear. :D

I just think that you shouldn't say something bad when you can't say something good, too. Or at least give tips.
I think about it and in my opinion it's a pity that people can't be sincere and write an honest critique.

Anyways :D I love your art by the way, that's not the point :D I think that didn't come out too good ;)

Regards

well, u know its possible that theyre honest in most part. wouldnt it be odd if everyone saw it the way you do? i guss someone could like it, perhaps after a lot of thinking or no thinking at all, heh. im not saying if it is likeable or not. but u cant really be certain, any more than me, if people are being honest.

and if they just say "wow"...yea thats kind of...not critique at least, but its certainly not dangerous either. it doesnt take my time, or yours...its not harmfull...quite the opposite. just a simple way of people expressing themselves, whether with content or not. i understand your point, having been here many yrs ive seen things, but i dont think we need to be too bothered by short "cool"etc. comments, or even if it seems like ppl apprciate things that are not super good. its not anyones loss is it? :) live and let live...

:)

Before seeing this in full view, I was like, "Wtf?" I just didn't understand why you had a picture of an arm. Then I made it bigger and seen the rope marks. The distance and shadows on her face make it hard to notice that she's lying there on the floor. I've gotta admit, I love your work, but this is kind of disappointing. :\

I bet you get marks on your waist from wearing pants/underwear and that doesn't hurt, does it? ;) Same thing here... no need for making things too tight, persistent pressure does the trick.

I like this shot a lot. I do have to agree with some of the previous posters in that it doesn't look quite as polished as some of your other work. Nevertheless, it still has the same flavor of your style :)

The flash-burned thing is kinda interesting. I actually think a short series of things like this - little subtle marks of injury, death, etc. done in a similar style might be really cool.

to be honest. i dont like the outcome. i wont compare it to your older works, i'll try to be objective :D

I think that the message wont show up, because the whole ligthing seems to be "too flat". it just looks like a snapshot, neither than a portrait of a person with rope marks :/

it's very subtle, weren't for the marks (and a bit for the light) there wouldn't be anything suspicious about the picture.
that small detail makes it creepy and heinous.

nice work.

This is indeed different from your other work, but I still like it. Definitely still has the suzi9mm flavor, just not so much the same style? I personally prefer your works that are higher contrast, but I'm a contrast slut. This is very simple and therefore actually conveys more and has more emotion. The works I tend to enjoy more actually convey less thought, less emotion, and that's only because sometimes pieces as beautifully simple as this seem too real, a little too close to home for me.

Keep on doing what you do, I learn more about photography with every piece of yours that I see.

Sorry if my little rant there doesn't make much sense, I just got done helping my boyfriend write a long-ass paper on the Chernobyl accident. Fuuuuuun. :)

I like it. The final scene conveyed may actually take place outside the frame or at a different time.
Maybe the people above were puzzled because they didn't see any blood or something. :D
