*shudder*

yeah needs some makeup to make her skin paler and bluer to look dead, but i love the piece so much, the was you've done it, the anonimity, the blood so thick, great x

....IT IS a great symbolic art....so sad...but happens many time even in our minds...

I understand the fascination of death as an artistic theme. But I think there is a difference here. You don't think its so cool when you had a friend who suicided like this. Sometimes the message is deeper when you show less... this is just gore :( (Sad)

I don't want to be all that negative about it, its very well done and I aggree that the skin should have been more bluish... after all most of the 'blood' is in the tub.

i find this piece even more meaningful and deep, from prior expierence with loved ones committing suicide, or the effect suicides had on some of my loved ones. i'm instantly bombarded with memories of when my gilfriend at the time, jessica, was racked with three of her close friends committing suicide in the same month, it was a dreaful time for both of us.

now i'm even more concerned over my xfiance, and wether she's committed the act or not, i need to make some phonecalls....

the same, powerful imagery, although as before mentioned, a slight paling of the skin would have worked in your favour.. also, it might have aided to have her remain in the water for an hour to three hours, with that hand submerged during that time... it would have helped pale the skin and bring in some of the effects of lengthened submersion without movement that occurs to bodies in water.
