peaceful sleep, wouldn't u say.
it's one of those photos where u should really see the full size (not full view but full size photo); the veins on her hands and face... they're so thin and delicate. gah, the peace is enviable. what happened to sleeping beauty, nobody ever came to wake her up?
i just realized this would make a nice hair dye ad; your color will not fade even when you do. lol.
wow, first to view a photo.
this is rather amazing...as most of your work is. i was quite surprised to see a lack of blood, but i think that may have ruined in the image for me. i like it the way it is now...and that pose!

yes, i can definately see that...i think you got that point across well. what was going on in your mind when this idea came to you? what put you in a "peaceful and safe" mood?

I recognized her as Seafairy immediately. She's so beautiful, like a little doll...

well that's a funny question... to be honest i was just shooting around... she was trying diff poses and i was looking for interesting angles... at first i didn't see anything special in this, or at least i couldn't figure it out. so in other words, i didn't take this with the idea/title in mind. just today, as i browsed my RAW folders and opened the one with this, and i pulled the saturation slider left and her skin turned pale....then it hit me. i guess 'i just see dead people' everywhere but i think i do feel kind of peaceful atm, i was depressed for a couple days there but i'm getting past that now and ...yea. the peace of both sleeping and dying have always fascinated me, it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside when i think of it.
really gorgeous shot, very pretty and magical and peaceful, the title fits well
The colors are amazing, the cropping and closeness is very nice too
lovely work

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
