gift, fists, me. doesn't make much sense i know but i like the questions it gives me, what is what to whom where?

i shot this earlier this year. i like her swedish look and the look mommy what i found-expression. maybe she's smiling a bit? i bet she likes to close her hand in fists, that's the whole idea of this personalized gift... err.

model is ever wonderful Ako :)

about making of the photo:
i use kryolan's skinwax to create the skin stuff and their 'fresh blood scratch'-fakeblood as well as one no brand-liquid fakeblood to create the blood effects. and she's wearing a wig.
i was collecting broken glass for like a year, got them from my school cafeteria, carried home in bags. i ended up having loads of that...and i think this is the only shot i took with them. talk about useless and unneeded :roll: and when i had to move and clean out my apartment this spring i threw them away.

her face expression doesn't do anything to me. i mean, you did such an amazing job on the makeup on the hands, the detail is impressive. I'm not even sure what kind of emotion it was supposed to be, even. She could have been in pain, evil, angry, numb, satisfied... so many things. I just don't feel it, i guess

okay so reading description twice helps..
you see it as "look mommy what i found-expression" i guess it's not quite loud enough, or i'm just deaf

Personally I see a more of a "here it is" expression than "lokk what I found" expretion, I'm not sure that makes sense, but the gift part , I think suits the image well. I like how the blood is basically the main focus of the image but at the same time seems very subtle. I'm a bit confused as to what is one her fingertip of her left hand, It doesn't really look like glass?
