this shot is inspired by one that i saw in a magazine somet time ago. but it was a food article and the girl was tasting chocolate. i first thought i'd go with chocolate as well, and there would've been a fun twist when everyone expects it to be blood. but i'm boring and so i wen't with my typical thing... and i gotta say i like it.
i wanted a smile that would give a hint of the pleasure she gets from tasting that fresh and warm blood. or maybe it's also pleasure from what she just did? and wonder what that might be?
the blood is partly coagulated hence the darker spots in it etc. (blood's natural behavior) i use fakeblood that i buy from a theatre supply store.
If this is you you look great, you could be Meg Tilly's sister. Do you know who I mean she is the picture in the encyclopedia right next to the word Lust. and yours is right next to hers, great shot.
You really do have a thing for blood, don't you?
Well, I do too, and wish that I could take photos with blood in them, but I have no idea how to make it or where to buy fake blood.
Anyway, love this one. I like most of your photos. The torture one kinda scared me though. I really can't stand any kind of torture (looking at it, hearing, etc.)
Anywho, keep up the fantastic work!
Were you dropped as a child? YOu seem to take everything and destroy any value that it has. You would think, after wasting probably gallons of fake blood. That you would say to yourself. What the F*** am I doing. I guess it hasn't happened yet
