This is a fantastic photo, it really does give an explanation as to why Adam ate the apple. The makeup and long nails gives a seductive edge to the image, while the red apple gives a lovely contrast.

I love the way you matched her nails and lips to the dark red of the apple. She's a beautiful model and you captured it wonderfully, well done.

As for what I see in the reflection I see what appears to be a lightbox with something partly masking it. At first I thought it was an umbrella reflector and some kind of support but the angle is wrong.

There's only one thing I dislike about this photo, her expression. She seems rather bored, in my opinion.
And the reflection.. I see a person inside it..
